Quinntessential Career Architects is the brainchild of Paul as he is passionate to help professionals optimise their professional journey, taking their career to the new heights. He has had the privilege of working with world class clients across the globe and loves nothing more than to celebrate their victories with them over a steak and great bottle of wine.

A dedicated family man, with a beautiful and talented wife, 3 rambunctious kids and 2 dogs that love to tear up the house. As a lifelong martial artist, boxer and athlete, Paul loves adventure, the great outdoors, travelling, eating delicious food and drink, followed by one of his favourite cigars.

John helps our Corporate Clients and their teams and Individual Career Coaching Clients, elevate their communication skills to the highest level, enabling them to own the moment – whether delivering a pitch, leading a boardroom, or captivating an audience. Based in Singapore and working across Asia and the Middle East, John offers keynote speaking, corporate training, and event moderating services aimed at transforming performance.
As Asia’s best-known sports anchor, John’s career has included reporting on World Cups, Premier League matches, and even the Academy Awards, where he interviewed top athletes, entertainers, and leaders. This experience has given him a deep understanding of preparation, storytelling, and connection—skills he now shares with clients to help them shine in any arena. Truly elite at his profession, we are privileged to have John as part of the team to help lead and deliver our Corporate Training.

Kanukai Jackson

Ex British gymnast. European Bronze Medallist , 2 x Commonwealth Gold Medallist.
Formerly the Head Coach and Performer at Cirque Du Soleil, Kanukai worked with the group for over 11 years touring the globe.
We are proud to have Kanukai as part of our elite Training Team. He provides deep insight into how to handle the mental pressures of operating at the highest level of competition, where your performance is determined in milliseconds. As a world-class athlete, he is also a physical performance coach, so he can whip you into shape with his online training programmes.

A DJ at the weekends, Kanukai loves to spin the decks. A father of two boys, lives in the British countryside with his two dogs … impressively he can still do more muscle ups than most people can do push ups.

Tara coaches on enhancing executive presence, presentation and public speaking skills. She also selectively helps key clients in their quest to further pursue academia or to help parents/kids understand and navigate their journey to progress to university.
She also has a PHD in managing her mercurial, globe-trotting husband.

Tara is an avid reader, although these days with three kids this has been replaced with helping them with their homework.

Mark is Eurasian, happily married with a beautiful Son and has lived in the UK, the Middle East and Thailand and has been based in Hong Kong since 2011.

Aside from the technology side of the business, Isaac helps to map out the market, helping our key clients identify the correct hiring managers and decision makers we should strategically be arranging interviews and informational meetings for you with.

A whiskey enthusiast and avid traveller, Isaac plans to visit all the countries on planet earth. Last year he visited Mongolia and Vietnam on solo trips. When time permits Isaac enjoys going to the theatre and watching musical productions.
